User Accounts

Annual subscriptions offer discounted pricing compared to monthly billing
Add-on services are billed separately as specified in your plan

Payment Processing

Payments are processed automatically on your billing date
You must provide valid payment information and keep it current
Failed payments may result in service suspension
We use secure third-party payment processors

Money Deductions & Cancellations

30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
No money deductions for partial months or unused services
Add-on services are non-deductible unless required by law
When switching plans, any remaining subscription value is converted into service credit. Credits are not refundable.

Termination

Termination by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
You remain responsible for all charges incurred before cancellation
You may export your data before your account is deactivated

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
We may terminate accounts for non-payment after reasonable notice
We may discontinue services with 30 days' notice
We will provide reasonable opportunity to export your data

Effect of Termination
