Getting Started - Registration
Follow the steps below in the same order as on the registration form to create your AISaleBot account.
Registration steps (following the form)
Go to the signup page
Open the AISaleBot signup page by clicking "Sign Up" on the website or using the signup page link.

Enter your full name in the "Full name" field.
Rules:
- Maximum 40 characters
- Only letters (including accented), spaces, hyphen (-) or apostrophe (')
Enter a valid email address. This email is also used as your login username.
Note:
- Email must not already be registered
- Use an email you can access for notifications
Password and confirm password
Enter your password in "Password" and enter the same value in "Confirm password". You can use the eye icon to show or hide the password.
Requirements:
- Password must be at least 8 characters
- Both password fields must match
Referral code and terms
Referral code (optional)
If you have a referral code from a friend or partner, enter it in this field.
Accept terms (required)
Check the box to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The "Sign Up" button is only enabled after you check this box.
Submit and complete
Click the "SIGN UP" button. On success, you will see a welcome message and can log in.
Success
After signing up, you can log in and start building your first AI chatbot.
Common Issues and Solutions
Email Already Exists
If you receive an error that your email is already registered:
- Try logging in with your existing credentials
- Use the "Forgot Password" feature if you can't remember your password
- Contact support if you believe this is an error
Password Requirements Not Met
If your password doesn't meet the requirements:
- Ensure your password is at least 8 characters long
- Include a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters
- Use the eye icon to verify you've typed the password correctly
Email Verification
After registration, check your email for a verification link:
- Check your spam/junk folder if you don't see the email
- Click the verification link to activate your account
- Contact support if you don't receive the email within 10 minutes
