Build Your First AI Chatbot
Follow the steps below to match the Create chatbot page workflow and create your first AI chatbot.
What You'll Do
Name your chatbot
Go to the Create chatbot page and enter a name (must start with a letter or number, max 100 characters).
Add website & settings
Enter website URL (optional), choose Products or Services, and fill in Order instructions and Greetings.
Get embed code & deploy
After creation, go to Profile to copy the embed code and follow the instructions to add it to your website.
Workflow (Create chatbot page)
Step 1: Name your chatbot
Open the Create chatbot page. Enter a name for your chatbot (must start with a letter or number, max 100 characters). Click "Next" to continue.

On step 2 you can:
- Enter your website URL (optional). If you enter a valid URL, the system will create a website and collect data from your page.
- Choose page type: Products or Services.
- Fill in Order instructions (e.g. order link, phone number or contact email).
- Fill in Custom greetings (the message visitors see when they open the chat).
When done, click "Create Chatbot". Your chatbot will be created and, if a URL was provided, the website data will be processed.
Step 3: After creation
You will see a confirmation screen with next steps:
- Wait for the system to finish processing (if you entered a URL).
- Go to Profile, open your Chatbot tab (or Requests tab) to view and copy the embed code. You may also receive an email with instructions.
- Follow the setup instructions to add the embed code to your website.
From Profile you can view chatbot responses, change the chatbox theme, and manage your chatbot.

Common Issues & Solutions
Chatbot Not Responding
If your chatbot isn't responding to messages, check:
- Verify the chatbot is published and active
- Check if the embed code is correctly placed
- Ensure the chatbot has sufficient training data
- Review chat history for errors
Poor Response Quality
To improve response quality:
- Add more relevant training data
- Refine conversation flow logic
- Update knowledge base regularly
- Monitor and analyze user feedback
